This site is set up with Paypal's shipping cart system, which allows you to purchase items and then pay for them using your credit or debit card.
You do not need a Paypal account in order to complete checkout, and it does not cost you anything at all - it is just a very easy and convenient way to pay!
I also accept payment from UK customers via cheque and postal orders, but you MUST NOT go through the shopping cart system if this is your choice of payment.
Email me with your order and I will then send you my payment details - cheques will need to clear before orders are despatched.
I only accept payment from non-UK residents via Paypal at this time.
Postage and packing is inlcuded in ALL prices quoted on this site to anywhere in the United Kingdom.
Parcels are sent via "signed for delivery" which means that a signature is required upon receipt, so PLEASE ensure that the delivery address given is one where someone can sign for it.
If you would rather not have this delivery service, then please email me after completing checkout - proof of posting will still be obtained for you.
Orders from elsewhere in the world are most welcome, but PLEASE do not go through the site's checkout system.
Email me with your order, and I will send you an invoice via Paypal which will have shipping costs to your country included.
Proof of posting is always obtained for you.
I want you to be happy with your purchase whether it is an item of jewellery or a reading, but sometimes things DO go wrong.
If you are not happy with your purchase then please email me immediately, and I will try my best to rectify the problem.
If you need to return an item then PLEASE send it to me via "signed for delivery" - if it goes missing en route, then I need to see proof that it was sent to me.
Refunds will be given for items of jewellery, however I reserve the right to deduct postage charges from the amount paid.
If an item is faulty then I shall either refund you or send you a replacement free of charge upon receipt of the faulty item.
Refunds are not given for readings which do not fit in with the way that you would like them to turn out - I will offer you another reading free of charge if that is agreeable.
